In my left eye with wet macular degeneration, something happened. After more than a year of unchanged stagnation despite injections at the doctor’s, I quickly had the impression that the watery bump was changing. Overall, my vision feels clearer. I’m curious to see how it continues to change.

Acupuncture hurts! When the needles are inserted, there is pain in most cases, but this subsides relatively quickly. I almost always fell asleep while lying down, i.e. it was relaxing.

I don’t want to give an assessment here yet, but will wait another 6-8 weeks. Immediately after the treatment I notice that something is happening in my eye, but there is still no effect on my vision.

Very good. Very pleasant treatment rooms with a feel-good factor. Staff all very nice.

I am looking forward to the medium-term effects with regard to macular oedema and retinal smoothing. Looking forward to another appointment in April.

I am of the opinion that one cannot speak about success and quality of life after this short period of treatment. The images (right eye and left eye) have already become somewhat similar. Time of day and light source play a big role.

“Six years ago by now, I noticed that when I looked to the left while driving, the side strip was wavy. Since this phenomenon did not go away, I was alarmed and immediately went to see the ophthalmologist. The doctor said that nothing could be done, only observation.
